Product Return Policy

• Please check carefully your package before opening. If you find anything suspicious like broken seal / damaged packaging, we suggest you to take picture & make an un-boxing video as documentation for claiming product return / replacement.

• Please contact us immediately through our Whatsapp Business Service by giving us your order details and attach the documentation as we discussed above.

• Please note that we can only process the claim that is being raised within 2 (two) working days after the package is delivered to your address. The time refers to the shipping agent’s tracking service, not to customers’ unboxing time.

• We have all the rights to decide whether your claim will be processed or not, considering: package overlook, product condition, also the documentation we discussed above.

• If the issue is about miss-delivering the product (invoice discrepancy), we require the product(s) should not be used by customer. We will process the claim after confirming that the product(s) that have been returned to us is having the validity of the claiming process or not.

• If the issue is about broken products, claim will only be processed if the products are broken during the packaging or shipping. We do not accept any complaint due to customers’ issue such as carelessness while unboxing, or any accident that resembles.

• Please understand if any of the issues are not within our control so if your claim of return is being approved, the shipping cost from your address to ours is entirely at your own expenses whereas the shipping cost from our address to yours is entirely on our expense.
